main service description
I offer Holistic health coaching, which is a 'whole-istic' body approach. You may have ailments & symptoms. You may have been put on medication by your doctor or supplements by your nutritionist. Unfortunately whilst helpful these just target synptoms & do not deal with the factors causing the issue. Sleep, digestion, stress, self love, exercise issues etc. All the medication or herbs in the world will not help if you do not deal with these underlying issues.
My goal is to not only alleviate these but to help you realise your higher-self. I will balance your yin & yan by optimising your lifestyle & life potential via intergrating of body, mind & spirit.
YOU ARE UNIQUE !
Unlike conventional allopathic or even holistic healing, I strive to find out the nutritional protocol that was designed for your UNIQUE fingerprint, by mother nature.
We have an initial consultation where I can explain in detail how and what we can do to help. The goal is a combination of coaching sessions & a comprehensive paperwork assessment which is what is so unique about my program. This enables us to get a full picture of every factor effecting you well-being. In particular your unique diet type.
We will Analyse:
Diet & Nutrition
Parasite & fungal load
Your issues may be down to emotional/chakra blockages, diet, lifestyle or stress. We will balance these into harmony & set realistic life goals & dismantle the road blocks in the way.

Herbal medicine involves the use of plant-based medicines to assist with reducing and/or alleviating a wide range of symptoms with the ultimate aim of restoring equilibrium to the body, mind and emotions.
Herbal medicine has proven beneficial in a wide range of conditions including, amongst others; hormonal imbalances, acne, autoimmune conditions, musculoskeletal complaints, insomnia, anxiety, stress, IBS and endocrine conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Sara has been studying Ayurveda and Yoga in the UK and India for almost a decade and has completed a three year MSc in Herbal Medicine at Middlesex University. She adopts a unique approach to treatment, by combining her knowledge of the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (the Science of Life) with her Western Herbal Medicine training, based on the traditional use of herbs which have been backed up by scientific evidence. She uses the concepts found in Endobiogenic Medicine to analyse neuroendocrine system function, which along with Ayurveda, informs her diagnosis and prescribing of herbal medicines and recommendations concerning dietary and lifestyle advice.
With a legal background in corporate environments she has first hand insight and experience of the way in which high stress environments can impact on our health and well being. Her aim is to educate, encourage and inspire others to adopt simple changes which can enhance our day to day experience of life and ultimately lead to a more balanced state of physical, mental and emotional health.
