Yoga with Sundeep Mahil
Sunny is a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor who has been practising for over 15 years and teaching for 5 years.
Her approach to yoga is focused around the physical, mental and spiritual journey of life, and how it can be incorporated into our busy London lives. How we can realistically use yoga teachings in hustle and bustle of life.
Sunny has direct experience of using yoga to help her to deal with stress and anxiety, as she manages a corporate career in parallel to her practice.
Sunny's teachings are focused around more strengthening and flow Vinyasa yoga. However she also incorporates yin, hatha, Ashtanga poses for a more balances approach.
The Wednesday morning class is a sunrise practise. There is a focus on growth, and waking up the body in a gentle manner to prepare it for the day.
The Thursday evening class is dedicated around a more vigorous Vinyasa flow, stretching the body, building strength and stability after a busy day in the office. It is about a cardio flow allowing for a deeper relaxation as one prepares for rest.
Sunny is a teacher who is willing to go on a journey with you, and develop a practice together. She will challenge your body and mind to really listen to you true self.
